Faith

and Leadership
Campus Ministry provides students with opportunities to help them grow in their faith, leadership, and service to the Chaminade community and to their own communities of faith.
The Roman Catholic faith life is at the heart of Chaminade College Preparatory. Our identity is deeply rooted in the Marianist charism: To be formed by Mary for the Mission of Christ. The Office of Campus Ministry animates this charism by providing spiritual opportunities for the school community to be:
People of Faith; engaging the mind and the heart to grow in love with God, be joyful, and life-giving.Leaders in Mission; committing to the poor and marginalized, working toward the greater good, and being agents of change.
Followers of Mary; seeking to bring Jesus Christ to our community by following the example of Mary as the nurturer of life.

People of Community; living, praying and supporting one another in community that builds up a sense of family spirit.

People of Inclusivity;  working toward a common unity by welcoming all, respecting each other’s differences, and examining the distinctiveness across religious faith traditions and practices.
